New social housing development launched
in Campbelltown.

Unity Housing continues to deliver on Our Purpose of providing affordable, safe and secure homes for South Australians on low incomes, with the completion of five new townhouses in Campbelltown.

The value of the completed project is $2.7m.

The development comprises three x two-bedroom and two x three-bedroom homes.

All homes have open plan kitchen, dining and living.

The upstairs living area also features the master bedroom with a walk-in-robe and ensuite. 

All five properties have been certified at Livable Housing Design Guidelines Silver Level and SDA Improved Liveability to accommodate tenants living with disability.

Each property has been landscaped with drought-tolerant native plant selections and mulch to maximise water sustainability and minimise the requirement for maintenance.
